When you’re on the phone you’ll be talking with your own local customer service people or your own account manager. Our staff have all been with us a long time, giving personnel continuity that cannot be matched by someone doing a rostered shift at some distant call centre. You won’t be dealing with an anonymous face, you’ll deal with someone who is local to your area, knows who you are, where you’re located and is there to service your needs and your business. We run an emergency after hours number and have a back up vehicle on site in case they are needed.  Guarantee delivery If it absolutely has to be there we can delivery it. Our service commitment means you’re fully covered – with 130 trucks on the road and an emergency truck in the yard you are guaranteed we’ll be there.  Excess capacity ensures there is no waiting Call us cautious if you like, but every Supagas site has enough excess capacity at all times to ensure your needs are met. Conservatively, we’d estimate that there is an equivalent of over 16,000 gas cylinders on site. Supagas will come directly to your home and swap your empty 9kg cylinder for a full cylinder. No more running around looking for cylinder retail outlets (Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania only).  Supaswap: Need to swap your empty gas cylinder in a hurry? Supaswap is fast and easy, no waiting to have your gas cylinder refilled. Simply go to your nearest Supaswap location and swap your empty cylinder for a full cylinder. Supaswap is available at hundreds of convenient locations across Melbourne and Sydney. Look out for the Supaswap cages at service stations and hardware stores near you.  Having a party? Supagas has Helium (Balloon Gas) and a large range of balloons and accessories including clips and ribbons, everything you need to make your party or corporate function a success. If you’re having a party make it memorable and hire a Patio Heater to keep your quests toasty warm. Supagas QLD do not supply balloons and accessories. Home Heating and Cooking: Patio Heaters are not only used for parties, they are ideal for use in alfresco dining areas. Supagas has Stainless Steel and coloured Patio Heaters available for sale or rent. Entertainment tables are available for sale. If it’s peace of mind your after, Supagas offers a full warranty and repair service on all heaters. While 9kg and 13.5kg cylinders are ideal for heating Patio Heaters, the 45kg propane LP Gas cylinder is ideal for home heating and cooking. Supagas also operates an efficient 210kg mini bulk on-site delivery service, which is also ideal for domestic applications such as heating and cooking.
