Supagas has flagged the product you have ordered as a scheduled material requiring this declaration to be completed when you open your account or upon request. By completeing this declaration, you are satisfying the Australian Law enabling us to sell the product to you.

This declaration will be held on your individual account file and will not have to be completed again for the product detailed below unless specifically requsted by Supagas.
