Google floats balloons for free Wi-Fi

Google has reached for the sky by creating the idea of connecting billions of people to the internet via giant helium balloons. In 2013 Google released 30 giant helium balloons floating over New Zealand that were equipped to beam signals down to earth to provide free internet access to disaster-stricken, rural or poor areas. Supagas was along for the ride, suppling helium for all 30 balloons.
